Description
The Sportshall Infant Agility 16 Mat Kit is our largest infant athletics equipment kit, designed for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils. Recommended for class sizes of up to 32 children, this indoor athletics equipment pack enables schools to deliver the full Sportshall Athletics Infant Agility Programme and support participation in School Games Sportshall Athletics Infant Agility events.
With sufficient equipment for larger classes, more pupils can participate at the same time by working in small groups around multiple activity stations. The kit includes all the athletics equipment needed to complete the 12 Sportshall Infant Agility activities, including Jumper, Bouncer, Stepper and Pitcher.
These fun, game-based activities help children develop agility, balance, coordination and confidence while building the fundamental movement skills needed for running, jumping and throwing. Ideal for KS1 PE lessons, the programme also allows teachers to monitor and reward progress through the Sportshall Infant Awards.
Manufactured from high-quality PVC and foam, the mats and wedges are designed for the demands of regular school use. Durable and hard-wearing, they provide excellent longevity in busy PE environments. The included storage bags make it easy to carry, protect and store the kit, keeping all equipment together and ready for use.
