The Sportshall Indoor Shot PAK is a pack of 3 competition-weight indoor shot puts designed to teach shot put in secondary school PE lessons and athletics sessions.
Used in the Sportshall Schools Competition and Sportshall Athletics Club Competition, both endorsed by England Athletics, the Sportshall Indoor Shot PAK contains the official shot put weights used across recognised Sportshall events. Pupils can develop strength, coordination and throwing technique with competition-standard equipment.
Ideal for indoor PE lessons, athletics clubs and Sportshall Athletics competitions, the Sportshall Indoor Shot PAK includes 2.72kg, 3kg and 4kg indoor shot puts, providing age-appropriate weights for different year groups and competition requirements.
