What is the Sportshall Athletics Vertical Jump?
The Sportshall Vertical Jump challenges children to jump from a standing position, allowing them to compete against their own height and weight. The Vertical Jump is an internationally recognised test of leg strength-to-weight ratio and an effective activity for measuring jump height relative to the height of the athlete.
