The Sportshall Athletics Speed Bounce Pack is an indoor athletics equipment pack for primary and secondary schools, designed for use within PE lessons and after-school clubs as part of the Sportshall Athletics programme.
What is the Sportshall Athletics Speed Bounce?
It is a popular Sportshall Athletics activity that challenges children to perform fast, two-footed side-to-side jumps over a 200mm foam wedge onto a safety mat, aiming to complete as many jumps as possible within a set time. Designed to develop speed, agility and coordination, it provides a simple but effective way to build essential movement skills during indoor athletics lessons and Sportshall Athletics sessions.
Supplied as a pack of 4, it is ideal for classroom use, allowing small groups of children to take part at the same time, making it well suited to circuit activities and club sessions. The set includes 4 durable foam wedges and 4 protective landing mats, offering high-quality, safe and durable equipment designed for regular indoor use.
