At Eveque we understand the importance of having high-quality and durable bouldering matting that will serve your bouldering gyms safety needs. That is why we offer bespoke bouldering and climbing matting solutions for climbing centres across the UK.

Features

Modular matting system with seamless carpet.
All mats have HLF joining straps and twin-stitched carpet.
Flame retardant PVC covers.
Combustion modified 270mm poly foam and 30mm recon foam inner layers.

Optional Features

Reinforced edges- We will reinforce the front edges of the matting for extra durability.
Wall joining strips- To prevent gaps forming between the climbing wall base and the matting.
Personalised branding- We can print your sites branding on to the front edges of the PVC matting.
Anti-slip base- We supply matting with an anti-slip base to help prevent mat movement.
Safety zone mat colouring- We can create safety zones through mat colouring, for increased safety.
Removal sections- We can create matting that is moveable for easy access to store cupboards and other areas on your site.
Carpet reinforcement- For areas of high footfall, we can provide additional carpet that attaches to the matting for extra longevity. The carpets can then be easily replaced when worn from high useage.
Outdoor specific matting- Waterproof colours and weather protectors are available.
Custom chamfered edge- For sit-starts in overhanging sections.

At Eveque we offer a 12-month warranty on our climbing wall matting in the case of manufacturing or installations errors.

PVC colours: Blue, Red, Black, White, Yellow, Green, Grey, and Navy

33kg Poly Foam sourced from within the UK.

Foam is tested to BS5852:Part 2:1982 meets the requirements of Schedule 1, Part 1 of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) regulation 1988 (as amended) SI No 1324.

PVC

610gsm Flame Retardant PVC.

Flame Retardancy: Meets the requirements of BS7837:1996

9.5mm Polypropylene Carpet Topper

Multi-purpose Indoor/Outdoor Carpet.

Fibre Blend: 100% Polypropylene, fully U.V. stabilised.

Fibre Weight (+ 10%) 1000g/m2.

Total Carpet Weight (+ 10%) 1200g/m2.

Fire Retardancy: Carpet: BS5287:1989 When tested according to the appropriate methods of BS4790 this floor covering has a LOW RADIUS CHAR up to 35mm of effects of ignition.
