Keg Mat/ Cellar Drop Mat

Our keg mats have been designed to absorb the impact of kegs and barrels during the unloading and transportation processes. Made from flame-retardant PVC and a multi-layered foam inner design, the cellar drop pads are heavy-duty and durable, making our keg drop mats a cost-effective method for ensuring the safety of your employees and beer barrels.

• Heavy-duty flame-retardant PVC.
• Multi-layered foam inner design.
• Air blast holes to help disperse air upon impact.
• Eyelets with a polypropylene rope tie for easy handling.

Material Specification

Mat Covers: 610 g/m2 flame-retardant double-sided PVC; sewn with polypropylene rope fastening. Covers are loose-fitting, enabling the replacement of covers or foam in the long term.

Mat Foam, Layer 1: 10mm lightweight polyethylene closed-cell foam.

Mat Foam, Layer 2: 90mm, 33 kg/m3 density open cell combustion modified (CM) polyurethane foam. It conforms to BS5852:Part 2:1982 ignition source 5 when tested under a standard FR polyester woven fabric.

Mat Foam, Layer 3: 100mm, 6lb combustion-modified reconstituted chip-foam that is bonded to the underside of the top layer. It conforms to BS5852:Part 2:1982 ignition source 5 when tested under standard FR polyester woven fabric.

Mat Foam, Layer 2: 90mm, 33 kg/m3 density open cell combustion modified (CM) polyurethane foam. It conforms to BS5852:Part 2:1982 ignition source 5 when tested under a standard FR polyester woven fabric.
